- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup microgreens of choice (salad varieties work best)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 medium sized banana
- handful of ice cubes (optional)
- Place ingredients in a blender and blend on high until well mixed.
- Pour into a container of choice and enjoy!
