Microgreens, Banana, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Shake


  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup microgreens of choice (salad varieties work best)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 medium sized banana
  • handful of ice cubes (optional)


  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend on high until well mixed.
  2. Pour into a container of choice and enjoy!
